Purchasing a Land Bank Property
The Erie Land Bank regularly has three types of properties for sale, including, vacant lots, distressed properties and move-in ready homes for owner-occupants. If you are interested in acquiring a vacant property, please complete the appropriate form below.
The process and requirements for the sale of properties owned by the Erie Land Bank is defined within Sections 4 & 6 of the Land Bank’s Administrative Policies & Procedures.

Vacant Lot Proposal Form
This form is to be used to purchase a vacant lot adjacent to a property you already own.
Developer Pre-Application
This form must be completed before submitting a development proposal.
Development Agreement
This form is used for the proposed purchase of structures or vacant lots not adjacent to a property already owned.
